 State members of IMERC have enacted a variety of mercury education and reduction requirements in their laws. Not all of the IMERC-member states have enacted the same requirements. 
	Product Labeling: Provides guidance to help manufacturers, importers, and distributors of mercury-added products understand how to comply with product labeling requirements. Product Notification: Provides guidance to help manufacturers, importers, and distributors of mercury-added products understand how to comply with product notification requirements. 
	Product Bans & Phase-outs: Provides guidance to help manufacturers, importers, and distributors of mercury-added products understand how to comply with the bans and phase-outs of the sale of certain mercury-added products, and how to apply for an exemption, where allowed. 
	Collection Plans: Provides guidance on requirements mandating that manufacturers, importers, or distributors of certain mercury-added products establish a collection and recycling system when the product is ready to be discarded. FAQs: IMERC has compiled a list of "Frequently Asked Questions" to help visitors quickly find answers to commonly asked questions.
