NEWMOA's Hazardous Waste Program supports state hazardous waste compliance and enforcement, training and compliance assistance/outreach, permitting, corrective action, and hazardous waste transporters programs. NEWMOA provides training to state inspectors and other staff; develops policy positions on federal rule makings, policies, and guidance; and conducts projects.
