Users can get comfortable with EMFACT by using “cue cards”. These cue cards are activated by the buttons on the EMFACT Dashboard and contain “Yes or No” questions that help guide users through the EMFACT process. When you click YES, the appropriate window opens. Clicking NO advances you to the next cue card question. Although cue cards are optional, they can be extremely useful when you do not know which window to open to perform a task.

Even though Ernest is comfortable with EMFACT's navigation, he decides that he will use the cue cards until he becomes a more experienced user. Once he is accustomed to using EMFACT, he plans to transition to using the toolbar and menus.
