Terri Goldberg Executive Director 617 367-8558 x302	Terri joined NEWMOA in 1989 and has directed a wide range of pollution prevention, toxics reduction, solid and hazardous waste, and other projects for the Association. In particular, she has supervised all of NEWMOA's pollution prevention and toxics reduction activities for 20 years. She currently directs NEWMOA's mercury and other toxics reduction programs and activities, pollution prevention initiatives, solid waste projects, and the Climate-Waste Action Plan. She manages the NEWMOA staff and writes and oversees a number of grants and contracts. She has a Master of Science degree from the Harvard School of Public Health with a concentration on environmental health policy. She has an undergraduate degree from Hampshire College with a concentration in environmental science. Prior to joining NEWMOA, she was an Associate with the consulting firm, Industrial Economics, Inc., and prior to that, she spent a year at the U.S. EPA Region 1 working on lead reduction initiatives.

Andy Bray Project Manager 617 367-8558 x306	Andy joined NEWMOA in 1997 as an intern before being made Project Staff later that year and Project Manager in 2000. He manages NEWMOA's P2Rx™ Center and the activities of the Center, including information and web resource development. Andy sits on the Executive Committee of the P2Rx™ National Network and has served as the National Coordinator for the Network. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Pollution Prevention Roundtable. In 2009 Andy took on principal responsibility for managing the National P2 Results Data System, including ongoing modifications to the System and connecting it with states' data systems. He oversees and manages the day-to-day information technology components of a number of other projects at NEWMOA, including the Mercury-added Products Database and the Beneficial Use Determinations Database. Andy holds Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Concentration, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Prior to joining NEWMOA, he worked at the Massachusetts Toxics Use Reduction Institute as a Graduate Student Research Assistant and Project Staff.

Jennifer Griffith Project Manager 617 367-8558 x303	Jennifer joined NEWMOA is 1995 as a project manager. She is responsible for waste site cleanup (WSC) projects, including NEWMOA's WSC training and research activities. Jennifer also manages a variety of solid waste-related projects, including those focusing on construction and demolition waste management; municipal solid waste interstate flow data analysis; disaster debris management; and state beneficial use determinations. Jennifer has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont and a M.S. in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to joining NEWMOA in 1995, Jennifer worked for over eight years as a consultant at various firms involved with landfill design, and waste site investigation and cleanup.

Lois Makina Administrative Assistant 617 367-8558 x312	Lois joined NEWMOA in 1986 and has a wide range of administrative duties, including managing the NEWMOA office, handling invoicing and accounts receivables, developing initiatives to green the office, searching for pollution prevention news and posting the news on the online P2 news page, posting events on the NEWMOA website, helping to organize meetings and conferences, and assisting the staff with special projects. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee.

Adam Wienert Project Manager 617 367-8558 x307	Adam joined NEWMOA in 2006 and is a Project Manager, primarily serving as the Interstate Mercury Education and Reduction Clearinghouse (IMERC) Coordinator. In addition to participating in regional mercury-related activites, he manages the day-to-day development and implementation of the Mercury-added Products Database, coordinates the joint efforts of the 15 IMERC-member states, conducts analysis of trends in mercury use in products, and serves as the point of contact for manufacturers and distributors of products subject to the states' mercury legislation. Adam has also managed an Agricultural Plastics Recycling Training and Assistance grant with USDA's Rural Utilities Service focusing on identifying solutions to the agricultural plastics disposal problem in rural areas of the Northeast. Adam has a Bachelors degree in Geography and Music from Middlebury College and a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University. Prior to attending Brown, he worked as a Recycling Coordinator and Waste Prevention Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Rachel Smith Environmental Specialist 617 367-8558 x304	Rachel joined NEWMOA in 2006 and has worked on a variety of pollution prevention and waste management projects. In particular, Rachel helps coordinate initiatives related to sustainable hospitality, green chemistry, clean marinas, garment care, brownfields reuse and redevelopment, and waste paint management. She is also heavily involved in activities of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange (P2Rx™) and Interstate Mercury Education and Reduction Clearinghouse (IMERC). Rachel has expertise facilitating workgroups; assisting educational institutions, municipalities, and the general public with toxics reduction and P2 initiatives; preparing technical reports, fact sheets, and other documents; developing outreach and marketing materials; delivering presentations and training events; and planning and organizing project proposals and workplans. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Vermont. Her previous work experience includes working as a RCRA Corrective Action Officer for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control where she addressed solid and hazardous waste issues, including compliance assistance and permitting.

Nate Bisbee Information Technology Specialist 617 367-8558 x308	Nate joined NEWMOA in 2005, serving as the primary web application developer, server administrator, and computer help desk. He works with NEWMOA staff to deliver information about their projects, publications, and events from the office to the Internet, making them available for the public. Nate contributes to projects, such as the Beneficial Use Determinations (BUDs) and the IMERC Mercury-Added Products databases, providing database development expertise to store, organize, and present large amounts of information. He also addresses hardware and software issues that arise. Nate serves as the national programmer and web contact for NEWMOA's Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange (P2Rx™) Regional Center and the national website. He graduated from Hope College with a degree in Communication and Computer Science, working in the Computing and Information Technology department each year of his college career.
